Service Description

Consultation is not needed to book this service but it is advised that you send some pictures of your natural hair length and colour (via instagram) before booking. The full cost of this service is £149 , the amount of the booking fee will be taken off the full cost of the service on the day of the appointment. The booking fee is non-refundable. About this service: Two "ear to ear" rows of COUTURË BONDS® hair -extensions will be installed , which will take approx 45-60 mins .Maximum 20grams of hair is included . If the 20g hair does not cover the two rows ( the service is priced for clients with thin hair ) then the additional hair will be charged £2.9 / gram please note , this install is for those looking for adding some volume to their own hair with a very natural looking and quick result. The hair is going to be the same length as yours , so this service won't be suitable if you are looking to add length as well . In that case , please consider a half or full head application . Booking Fee, Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. The booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances. Cancellations If you choose to cancel your appointment: Your booking fee will be forfeited, and A cancellation fee of 15% of the full service price will be payable. The cancellation fee must be settled before any future appointments can be booked. Any new appointment will also require a new non-refundable booking fee to secure the date. Rescheduling We understand that plans can change and therefore allow one reschedule per appointment. If you reschedule your appointment: Your original booking fee will be forfeited, and A new non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure the new date. No cancellation fee will be charged for the first reschedule. Any second reschedule will be treated as a cancellation and will result in: Loss of the booking fee, and A cancellation fee of 15% of the full service price, payable before rebooking, plus A new non-refundable booking fee to secure any future appointment.
