Booking Fee, Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking.
This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

The booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.

Cancellations

​

If you choose to cancel your appointment:

• Your booking fee will be forfeited, and

• A cancellation fee of 15% of the full service price will be payable.

The cancellation fee must be settled before any future appointments can be booked.
Any new appointment will also require a new non-refundable booking fee to secure the date.

Rescheduling

​

We understand that plans can change and therefore allow one reschedule per appointment.

• If you reschedule your appointment:

  • Your original booking fee will be forfeited, and

  • A new non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure the new date.

• No cancellation fee will be charged for the first reschedule.

Any second reschedule will be treated as a cancellation and will result in:

• Loss of the booking fee, and

• A cancellation fee of 15% of the full service price, payable before rebooking, plus

• A new non-refundable booking fee to secure any future appointment.​
